Orange Rocker 30 Twin Channel Guitar Amplifier HeadThere’s No Sound Like the Tone of an Orange!
Trying to compare this amp to other low wattage heads is like comparing apples to Oranges! The Rocker 30 all valve, 30 watt, Class A amplifier head combines a single stage clean channel with a three stage pre-amp lead channel.
Orange Rocker 30 Head Features
- 30 Watts of Output Power
- Simple controls, one knob for clean channel
- Three ECC83 Preamp Valves
- Two EL34 Output Valves
- External Speaker Out for 8 or 16 ohm cabs
- Enjoy an array of highly regarded tones used by artists worldwide
The clean channel has an incredible natural sound with just a Natural Volume control to bring you perfectly balanced, bell like clean tones, until you hit the very musical harmonic overdrive of the output valves.
The dirty channel takes you all the way from a super clean chime, through many colors of vintage overdrive. Tones that bite like a shark, all the way through to a very fat, harmonically intense, full-on distortion that has to be played to be believed!

How does it feel, Heavy, Fast, Chunky? How was the neck? Are the controls easy to get to while playing?
Feels great, very responsive.
Tone
Bright and snappy? Dark and smooth? Were the pickups hot, mellow, thick, thin?
Allows the personality of the guitar to come through better than anything I can think of. If your guitar isn't up to it, it'll show in an instant. But, if you've got a killer axe, it'll shine.
