| Subject: | AFFORDABLY FAST |
| Quality:
| I've played on Pearl footpedals for over 30 yrs, and they've always been made well and always dependable. The footboard is the
right width and length for my foot, and just heavy enough to give that quick "bounce-back" reaction when I need foot speed. |
| Features:
| Very FAST action - minimal # of moving parts to be concerned with
(I love simplicity). The footboard isn't too heavy, nor too light and is set at the proper angle to give ultimate combination of speed and power.I'd like the felt beater face to have just a little bit more area of contact, but it's OK as-is. |

| Overall:
| Love it!! This pedal fits my style and techniques that I use.
It may not be for the drummer that likes to pound their drumset,
but that's why I have mics on my kit for! |
| Value:
| No better value than This - I've spent 5 times the amt on other
brandname products for longevity reasons, and it's on my practice
kit at home. |

| Subject: | Excellent Pedal |
| Quality:
| The fit and finish on this pedal are flawless: not burrs, rough edges, loose screws. A quick inspection of this pedal shows that it was built to last. |
| Features:
| The powershifter feature really changes the feel of the pedal. There are 3 settings which are clearly indexed and easy to adjust to with the turn of a drum key. Everything is easy to adjust. It played just fine right out of the box. It also includes a really nice drum key. The only complaint I have is that the hoop clamp doesn't open as far as my Yamaha pedal. Normally, this is not a problem, but if you have a rubber hoop protector on your bass drum hoop, you'll have to remove the rubber piece in order to get the pedal to fit onto the hoop. This really isn't a big deal as the rubber hoop protectors are of questionable value to begin with. |

| Overall:
| I've played drums in various gigging bands for a little over 20 years. I needed a second pedal for a practice kit and as an emergency spare pedal for gigs. I wanted something nice, but not too expensive. Compared to my top-of-the-line Yamaha pedal, this pedal is every bit as good and plays just as well. The Pearl P120P is smooth, quiet and sensitive. I am very happy with it. |
| Value:
| I spent a couple weeks researching various pedals including some top-of-the-line models: Yamaha, DW, Pearl, Tama, etc. Personally, I couldn't tell any difference between the $200.00 pedals and this "cheap" $50.00 pedal. Let some other drummer pay the extra $150.00 for some overpriced model. For my money, I'll go with the Pearl P120P. |

| The pedal looks professional. |
