PRS Paul Reed Smith Custom 24 10 Top Electric Guitar with Case
The Custom 24 with a 10 top has the PRS designed HFS treble and Vintage Bass humbuckers. The sleek comfortable neck is great for leads or rhythm playwing while the 10 top is an extremely gorgeous flame maple. It is a perfect 10! The Custom 24 guitar is the core of the PRS line, the guitar Paul Reed Smith took to his first trade show in 1985. The Custom 24 guitar comes with patented PRS tremolo bridge, locking tuners, bird inlays and the beautifully carved, maple top that is a hallmark of PRS Guitars.

Quality
Would you consider this product to be made well? How dependable?
I own numerous Fender, Gibson, Martin, Ramirez and Ovation guitars which are all top notch but these instruments are unreal.
Reliability
How has it stood up over time?
It still looks new after 19 years. The 12 is newer and is also perfect.
Overall
Your general opinion of this product.
I have been a professional musician for 40 years and own 23 guitars presently and would rate my Custom 24 with the best. I also own one of the fires Custom 22 - 12's and it's the most incredible 12 string I have ever played.
Playability and Feel
How does it feel, Heavy, Fast, Chunky? How was the neck? Are the controls easy to get to while playing?
Couldn't ask for more - the fit and finish as well as the setup is great. I have the wide thin neck on the 6 and the standard neck on the 12.
Tone
Bright and snappy? Dark and smooth? Were the pickups hot, mellow, thick, thin?
You can get whatever you want. Great sustain on the 6.
Finish
How did the stain or paint job look?
Perfect
Action
How was the action out of the box?
No adjustments needed right out of the bow on the 6. I had to lower the bridge a bit on the 12.
