Your general opinion of this product.
I have a 1999 the sound is what ive been looking for,for years i gave up my lp custom for her.
Playability and Feel
How does it feel, Heavy, Fast, Chunky? How was the neck? Are the controls easy to get to while playing?
playing her is a charm it no heavier then a strat thin neck makes for great action the only draw back is the VOLUME cnt knob it keeps getting turned while im struming her but a quick fix is a rubber washer under the knob
Tone
Bright and snappy? Dark and smooth? Were the pickups hot, mellow, thick, thin?
tones are so versatile that any musician can find his or hers sweet spot
Finish
How did the stain or paint job look?
suprisingly the finish is still glossy and the finger board clean
Action
How was the action out of the box?
I have big hands but for thin to fat neck I never had a problem im a rthhm guitarist and play barre chords so im all over that neck

Would you consider this product to be made well? How dependable?
I own numerous Fender, Gibson, Martin, Ramirez and Ovation guitars which are all top notch but these instruments are unreal.
Reliability
How has it stood up over time?
It still looks new after 19 years. The 12 is newer and is also perfect.
Overall
Your general opinion of this product.
I have been a professional musician for 40 years and own 23 guitars presently and would rate my Custom 24 with the best. I also own one of the fires Custom 22 - 12's and it's the most incredible 12 string I have ever played.
Playability and Feel
How does it feel, Heavy, Fast, Chunky? How was the neck? Are the controls easy to get to while playing?
Couldn't ask for more - the fit and finish as well as the setup is great. I have the wide thin neck on the 6 and the standard neck on the 12.
Tone
Bright and snappy? Dark and smooth? Were the pickups hot, mellow, thick, thin?
You can get whatever you want. Great sustain on the 6.
Finish
How did the stain or paint job look?
Perfect
Action
How was the action out of the box?
No adjustments needed right out of the bow on the 6. I had to lower the bridge a bit on the 12.
