QUALITY: Well made. Rating 5
FEATURES: Adjusts to fit both an SWR Workingman's 12 and a BagEnd S15-D. Rating 5
EASE OF USE: Pretty easy IF you use white paint (or similar) to mark the proper angle setting. This speeds setting up. ONLY because of this I give it a Rating of 4 for ease of use.
VALUE: Good price. 'Nuff said. No rating needed.
SOUND: Hmmm? It doesn't interfere with the port on the rear of my cabs because it is an open frame.

QUALITY: Be Aware! This stand WILL NOT FIT a FENDER 4-10 BASSMAN. The top bar is too short (19") for this amp , and I suspect it won't fit other fenders-make sure you measure your amp's width before you buy.
I ended up having to modify it by inserting a 1" wooden dowell thru the top pipe. The engineers who designed this should be promptly fired for incompetence. If it wasn't for this issue, this is a great little stand- It can be adjusted for a a wide degree of angles, is well built, sturdy, and folds compact.

|
QUALITY: Just received the stand and, after trying others with my Marshall twin, find this one to be the most stable and appears to handle the weight well. The stand is wider in design than any other I've checked out and the construction is simple and rugged. The cam lock is the only thing I'm apprehensive of and hope that it lasts a long time.
FEATURES: I especially like the simple, yet duable design - fewer moving parts, easy to fold and transport and no assembly required.
EASE OF USE: Of all of the stands I looked at, the Quiklok was the easiest to use and I didn't have to worry about assembly.
VALUE: Good value when compared to the rest of the market. Assuming the product measures up to giggin', I'll replace it with one of the same when it becomes necessary.
SOUND: Hey! I'm playing through a Marshall! It sounds Great! The stand just adds to the great sound! |
