Quality: Crappy weld on clamp - looks like a kid did it. Cast iron (?) clamp broke while inside my gig bag. Lousy design materials. Powder coating was pretty decent, though.
Features: Best feature was that it didn't have any razor sharp edges around the tray itself.
Ease of Use: Very easy set-up, very adjustable.
Value: I think it was a little too much for the quality of the item.

Quality: Very well built. All metal construction is very sturdy.
Features: Quick setup and adjustability.
Ease of Use: Sets up easy as long as you mount the clamp vertically. If you mount it on the boom it will rotate from its own weight.
Value: The was money well spent. I do have a proper music stand, but for rehearsing this is great as I don't have to worry about the real estate need for the big music stand.

Ease of Use: Clamp is horrible. Plastic. Requires grinding a screw directly in the metal of the microphone stand. The weight of the stand will make the entire unit hang crooked. Useless.

Quality: The stand itself is solid. The screws, however, aren't that great. I needed to change it so the stand would come off the arm from the left. One of the screws quickly stripped so I had to cut it off. Also, the clamp only goes on the thinnest part of the mic stand. I'm a keyboard player and I needed the clamp to go at the bottom of the stand. Oh well, my guitar player now has a new stand.
Features: The clamp needs to be bigger so it fits on every part of a standard mic stand.
Ease of Use: You can't get much easier than a music stand.
Value: Kind of expensive for something so small.
