Good for keeping small things handy. Notes, cards, a phone, a tablet, etc.

Simple enough to use, just tighten it to your mic stand. I with the opening was bigger to accommodate a wider variety of stands (such as cymbal or music)

It seems well built and dosn't take up much space. I'm using a small hinge type paper fastner to hold set lists on the stand.

Just clamp it to a mic stand and adjust it to the angle desired. I've taken the advice of a previous reviewer and put my set lists on large index cards.

I'm impressed with this little stand. For the price it's much heavier built than I expected.
