The Rockcase RC10606 hardshell guitar case features wood construction, black Tolex covering, black velvet interior - and provides a perfect fit for your instrument. For optimal instrument protection, the broad neck section has an additional pad and headstock support system, as well as a thick foam material insert to guarantee strength in the center of the cover. The foam rubber strengthened inner edges and additional impact protection provide for safe and stress-free handling.

Seems to be build fairly well with decent hardware. Not sure I would trust this case on a plane, but for hauling around from place to place in the car- it's greatr

This is a nice case for my 60's strat. almost a perfect fit. It is a couple of inches to long. It is a universal case though. Top to bottom it is a nice tight fit. the neck pocket could be a bit deeper as it won't allow the body to lay flat. This may put some stress on the neck.

How does it feel, Heavy, Fast, Chunky? How was the neck? Are the controls easy to get to while playing?

Bright and snappy? Dark and smooth? Were the pickups hot, mellow, thick, thin?

How did the stain or paint job look?
The Tolex could have been done a bit better. A few bubbles. Overall a pretty nice case. Especially for the money.
