Quality: Seems to be made well.
Reliability: I set it up and took it down a couple of times. It hasn't been moved around a lot so I don't know how it would hold up to moving it a lot. I've had this for three years now and I've had no problems with it.
Overall: I love the stand because I can put several guitars in a very small space. I like this one over the stand with rubber. I usually have two acoustics and two electrics on it. The separaters are movable so you can work out spacing so the guitars don't hit each other. You cannot have all of the guitars facing the same way if you are mixing acoustics and electrics. This doesn't bother me at all. Also if you leave a strap on the guitar, it may get caught on the velcro at the bottom that hold the separators in place, depending on the material the strap is made out of.

Finish: Both the inside and outside arrived without any scars. You don't really see the outside much unless you are travelling with it a bunch.
