Picture is misleading. Quality: Looks to be well made. Jingles are finished well. No rough edges anywhere. One thing to beware. It DOES NOT come with the clamp in the picture. That I can see that is not stated in the description anywhere, so don't be surprised when you just get a tambo in the mail. Also, the jingles are not black, as it appears in the picture. I was actually pleased as the sound isn't deadened by any coatings. Ease of Use: Very easy to use. Sound: Tone is great. Nice and loud, low stick noise. Value: Price seems right for the quality.
