Quality
Would you consider this product to be made well? How dependable?
As an owner of other Roland amplifier products, the AC90 exhibits the same high quality of components and workmanship that I've come to expect from this manufacturer. The unit was solid, defect and blemish free, and came with a well padded carrying bag to help keep it that way.
Reliability
How has it stood up over time?
N/A - I've only had the product for about a week.
Overall
Your general opinion of this product.
In general, I love it! The sound quality and volume is amazing for its relatively small size. I was somewhat disappointed, however, in the anti-feedback control, unaware that, according to the manual, it is "not designed to work with respect to the high-frequency feedback that can occur when using microphones." I found this to be true, though a good quality vocal microphone with a tight pickup pattern worked very well as long as I was not positioned directly in front of the amp. The first gig with it was perfect. It's a keeper.
Playability and Feel
How does it feel, Heavy, Fast, Chunky? How was the neck? Are the controls easy to get to while playing?
The unit is amazingly light - only about 25 pounds. You can easily carry it in the provided bag with the stap slung over one shoulder. The controls are simple and easy to understand - even without reading the manual.
Tone
Bright and snappy? Dark and smooth? Were the pickups hot, mellow, thick, thin?
Great, natural acoustic sound for your guitar, and vocals too.
Finish
How did the stain or paint job look?
The amp covering was clean and tight, with no imperfections.

How was the action out of the box?
