Features: 2 zone trigger with choke Sound: Its fair quiet as it should be. Overall: Love it! I have 2 and they are both great triggers. Very sensitive to even the softest hit. Value: Its hands down the best value for a 2 zone cymbal trigger. You cant beat the build quality of Roland. Ease of Use: Takes a little practice to trigger bow sounds consistently and you need to configure your trigger controller settings correctly for best performance. They did work right out of the box, only minor tweaking was required (I strike fairly hard) Sound: Acoustically it is very quiet, very neighbor/roomate friendly. Value: I bought two and they give good control and the option to trigger two different sounds. On an SPD-20 you can get 4 different sounds by using layers and velocity curves.
