I've been playing for over 40 years, and I've seen so many different types of new technology and playing tools come and go. The roland guitar synths have been very misunderstood for a long time. Their capabilities are unending. The gr33 is the best musical tool ever invented in the last 20 years. Roland made a bad mistake in making this a floor unit when it works so much better in a keyboard style format with the player standing or sitting behind it. I design playing systems, and there is only one other instrument still being used today after 50 years.. that's the B3 hammond organ, which comes close to what this unit can do.
