QUALITY: This amp is really well made. This is the first Samson product I've purchased for live sound. I have experience with their products in the studio before so when I was shopping for some power amps, I decided to give them a try. I've run 2 gigs with these amps, 3 of these pushing 4 EV eliminators mains and 2 Subs...the highs and mids are crystal clear...but the subs lack the uuumph...don't get me wrong..they were able to push the subs loud and hard...just missing something.....all in all a good amp...I highly recomend them for mains or moniters. 4.5
FEATURES: The big heat sinks and fans keep these pretty cool. The knobs had a cheap plastic feel to them. 4
EASE OF USE: They were really easy to setup an use.
VALUE: Well woth the money.5
SOUND: Able to drive mains fairly well, a little lacking with subs though. | |

QUALITY: It it well made and very to use. I look forward to this amp being in my mobile business for quite sometime.
FEATURES: It is easy to use, runs extremely cool even under heavy loads. I like the removable filters at the front.
EASE OF USE: Very Easy to use.
VALUE: I bought because of budget. I have always used Peavey but I just couldn't afford to go with the one I really wanted so I researched the Samson and liked the ideal of saving several hundred dollars and the warrenty sounded like a bonus.
SOUND: I have been really impressed with the sound quality.
STYLE: Mobile DJ-country, rock, hip hop, big band, oldies, etc..
MUSIC EXPERIENCE: I have been in business for over 20 years.
OVERALL: I really like this amp and I would recommend it. The only draw back is that it is a little on the heavy side. |
