Schecter C7 Blackjack 7 String Electric GuitarSchecter Black Jack models are armed with the classic Seymour Duncan JB and '59 pickup configuration, which can be tapped via a push/pull tone control or a 5-way Mega Switch. Additional features include a rock maple neck set into an arched mahogany body, a rosewood fretboard, with black pearl dot position markers, high-quality Grover tuning machines, and a TonePros locking Tune-O-Matic bridge. The Black Jacks all have a very cool gloss black finish and black chrome hardware, and are available in some of Schecters most popular body styles.
The TONEPROs Bridge
The TONEPROS Bridge features a couple of nearly invisible setscrews that simply lock the bridge to the mounting posts. The idea is simple, but the benefits are exponential!
Solidify your bridge in place like stone, and it will never fall off again! No more worrying about scratching the face of your guitar or readjusting the intonation and action after a simple cleaning or changing of strings. Your guitar will sustain and play in tune like never before. Because this bridge is solidly in place, your intonation will be much more accurate, and stay that way!

QUALITY: Fit and finish are first rate. You goota see this one in the flesh... the online pic just doesn't do it justice. Very classy with the white binding. The unit I received had perfect setup (thanks #10). Packed and padded well for shipping... Winlon bag surrounded.
FEATURES: Great looking wide fingerboard, white binding and pearly-flash tuning knobs set it apart.
EASE OF USE: Took just a few tries to get used to the 7-string wide neck/fingerboard (coming up from a six), but it was smooth running after that.
VALUE: Great bargain. Shoulda bought 2.
SOUND: S Duncans are the ticket to 7th heaven. 5-way selector gives you all you need, and then some. Low B is lethal.

QUALITY: The quality of the instrument is simply AMAZING! Not only did the guitar arrive in perfect condition, the intonation and action were spot on. It even arrived in tune and ready to shred! The action is sweet and low and the neck is super quick (and flat) too.
FEATURES: The Duncan p/u's rock! The low end especially are uber fast making writing prog metal riffs darn near automatic. (Compositional talent NOT included with this instrument)
EASE OF USE: 10 out of 10! All the other 7 strings I tried didn't quite measure up. I could've paid twice as much and still feel as if I got every nickels' worth.
VALUE: In short, this thing is a monster! I've used Carvin, Gibson, Fender, and Ibanez (unill now) but this one is easily my fav. I just put those axes in the closet. And NO, I don't work for Schecter or any music dealers! I'm just a player!

OVERALL: This baby was a difficult piece to buy considering the fact that I live in India. The credit card #### was frustrating... Honestly, the website doesn't do it justice. It looks a million times better live. Well, I could go all guns blazing raving about it but to sum it up, I am planning to buy another one very soon.

OVERALL: I have been through several axes in my 17 years of guitar playing and I can't believe I have found my guitar in a korean built $600 guitar. I've had a Jackson Soloist USA, a Gibson Les Paul Custom, a Fender American Deluxe Strat, an Ibanez Prestige....all sold at some point because they just didn't feel right...Then I wanted to try out a 7 string and got this as a second guitar just to have fun with and is now my main axe!
It sound unbelievable, tight, awesome action, great construction and hardware, set up perfect out of the box, heck it was even perfectly in tune! (That as never happened!) and my sound has never sounded better recorded.
I suggest to try one out and hear, see and feel for yourself.
