General
Your general opinion of this product.
I very anal about the way my guitars feel, play, and look. I had guessed that I might send this back before I got it. I was not expecting what I got. I am used to playing my Gibson Les Paul standard and was looking for something more modern I guess (jumbo frets, floyd rose) and didn't feel like dropping thousands of dollars again on a guitar. I just made a blind judgement call on this one and I must say it is a good one. It has a great sound; the guitars sounds very clear and what I am always most concerned about when I buy a guitar is the frets and fretboard. I was impressed with he ebony fretsboad and XJ frets.

Playability and Feel
How does it feel, Heavy, Fast, Chunky? How was the neck? Are the controls easy to get to while playing?
This guitar is lightweight but that doesnt compromise the tone at all. It's great for heavy riffs and shredding, which is what sold me on this one instead of a hellraiser (look at the product description.) The satin finish on the neck makes it lightning fast, the ebony fingerboard is smooth, and the XJ frets make for easy and fast playing. I wanted a guitar that had a more comfortable body style so I could sit on my couch and practice and relax, so I opted for a strat style. I didnt wanna pay a lot, so I decided to try one out. Its light, and the contours make it comfortable. The ultra access heel is a plus too. Its easy as hell to play all the way to the 24th fret.

Tone
Bright and snappy? Dark and smooth? Were the pickups hot, mellow, thick, thin?
I'm not great at describing tone, however I can tell you if it sounds like shit. Ive had shitty guitars. This one sounds bright, but not like a strat. You can get some heavy sounds out of this thing.

Action
How was the action out of the box?
Action was pretty good. There was light buzzing but that may be just me being OCD. It didn't affect the sustain really. I might have a repair man check it out. If not, its so minimal that I could live with it.
