    The best features are the light weight of the instrument and the overall tone you can receive from the 2-band eq. and the finish is just amazing.

    Bright and snappy? Dark and smooth? Were the pickups hot, mellow, thick, thin?
    The active diamond pickups sound great. and the bass sounds great, very bright and clear. was a little bit of string rattle, but went away after playing for a few hours. came in tune and ready to play as soon as i received it.

    How did the stain or paint job look?
    The paint job was beautiful i got the black cherry finish and it looked amazing.
