The Seymour Duncan Little 59 Pickup for Telecaster is a P.A.F.-voiced single-coil-sized humbucker.
The Little 59 Tele is great for country, jazz, blues, funk, classic rock and heavy rock. This lead pickup is a hybrid. Designed for the Telecaster® player who wants to rock, this little beast delivers a warm, smooth tone, reminiscent of an old ‘59 Patent Applied For humbucker mixed together with a healthy dose of beefed up twang. Comes in black only with four-conductor cable.

Complete Setup
Available in lead (bridge) position only. Matches up well with a Vintage Rhythm Stack® for a totally quiet rig; or with a Hot Rhythm for an all-around hot axe.

For all well-balanced instruments. Works equally well with maple and rosewood fingerboards.

Subject:PAF 59 is nice and smooth
Quality: Great product nice solder points and wiring options to tap this coil. This is a pro product.
Reliability: Easy as anything solder it in and let it go. On my tele custom I did wire the green to the pickup selector instead of the black lead wire and that keeps my pickups in phase no problems, easy to get the volumes I needed between the stock neck pickup and the 59.
Overall: I am very happy with my mods to the teles. I now have one with a Hotrail and one with the 59 and one that is stock. The Hotrail and 59 mods still allow the character of the Tele to shine through but yet add the sustain and howl I needed.
Playability and Feel: This pickup is easy to find that sweet spot thast allows for clear and saturated tone. The pickup definitely senses the nuances of string gauge and action you play.
Tone: Pickup is responsive to the treble control on the guitar and is very responsive to the tone controls of the amp. The pickup allows my fret fingering and picking with or without a pick to articulate out the amps. Very nice.
