Playability and Feel
Worth the money, It has its applications. Heavy road use is not of them. I love it.
Your general opinion of this product.
Beautiful guitar, I love the rich warm sound of the ceadar. the total sound is very consistant.
Would you consider this product to be made well? How dependable?
I would recommend this Guitar for studio, symphonic performance and home use only. It is a very soft wood guitar and does not stand up to heavy road use or heavy playing. Ive had mine for 4 years and it looks like Willies guitar.Althought the sound is still rich and warm. with a wear hole where a pick guard should have been. But still sounds great.
Playability and Feel
How does it feel, Heavy, Fast, Chunky? How was the neck? Are the controls easy to get to while playing?
It is a well designed Guitar . All controls are easily accessable. Holds tune very well even through a long night. The neck is perfect for my taste. Nice fit. I have short fingers and have no struggles as with heavier necks.
Bright and snappy? Dark and smooth? Were the pickups hot, mellow, thick, thin?
Dark warm and smooth. Not bright and snappy unless you EQ to achieve more high ends. But then I would change out Guitars if I was looking for that.
How was the action out of the box?
Minor ajustments no buzzing all the way up the scales.and is still that way. except for a few minor ajustments to the neck and fine 3- 000 sand paper to soften the string grooves in the frets
How did the stain or paint job look?
The satin finish is beautiful. but feel that it was not durable enough. Hense the reason it is not meant for heavy road use as explained above
How has it stood up over time?
Had too replace the binding on the back and reglue interior ribs. Seperation began about a year after purhase.I would have liked to see a wood binder strip on the back versus plastic, Poly. The ceader is beginning to split on the face.
