The first timekeeper designed specifically for the band's timekeeper, Tama's Rhythm Watch, had everything a drummer needed to make sure the time was right—live and in the studio. The original Rhythm Watch featured enough volume to play with real drums, a large, easy-to-read display, a dial for quick tempo adjustments, separate volumes for quarter notes, eighths and triplets…the list went on and on. So who could ask for more? Well, lots of drummers could and did. So Tama listened to what they wanted and made some changes. The new RW105 now features a backlit display, 30 different memory settings (up from 20), and up to nine different beat divisions (up from 6). The only thing Tama didn't change was the simplicity.

Keep time to any number of rhythms.
Overall
Your general opinion of this product.
More than just your average metronome. Like a mixer this allows you to dial in or out the specific notes you want to hear, like if you need to hear the triplet pattern more distinctly.
Quality
Would you consider this product to be made well? How dependable?
Has a good weight to it, making it feel rugged and not prone to breaking.
Ease of Use
How easy is this product to use? How easy is the product to use with other products? Did it take long for you to learn to use this product? Was the manual helpful? How playable do you consider this product to be?
The controls are fairly straightforward and intuitive. The only downside is that the button values only go up; problem being if you overshoot the setting you're going for, you have to cycle through all the other settings again to get back to it.
Features
What do you consider to be the best features of this product? What features would you add to this product if you could?
Lots of buttons and dials for the adjustment and isolation of exact tempo you're looking for. As feature-laden as this is, the only feature I wish it had was a wider variety of metronome sounds to chose from.
Value
Was this item an overall good value?
In this era of metronome apps, it may seem hard to justify spending so much on a physical unit... but there's something like this holds you more accountable for practice.

Quality

This product is made fairly well. It is very light wieght and I havent used it long enough to see how it will stand up to the rigors of daily use.
Features

Easy to read LED with backlight, the control knobs are also easy to use and access while playing if you need to start or stop it in the middle of a song. The big downfall to this product is that it does not come with a power supply. A 9v batt comes with the unit. At 5 or 6 bucks for a batt this is not a very economical option if you plan to use it a lot. I dont know how long the batt life would be though. I went to my local music store and got a Danelectro power supply that works perfect for it, cost me 10 bucks for the power supply so for the cost of 2 batts Im good to go on power.

This thing is very easy to use. A once over of the user manual and you will have no problem with the operation.
Value
Was this item an overall good value?
I would say the value is fairly good, I think the cost would be a great buy with the power adapter included.
