Anything that is shiny/slick won't print well. It needs a textured surface. I've used one for a year or more and it seems to do the job well. Ease of Use: Easy to use Sound: It produces a pleasant..: brrrrrrrr noise. Is that rating really necessary? Reliability: Fine for what I've used it for. Overall: If you want quick printing on a cd or dvd, this is a good option. Just remember that it's not top of the line printing.
