Reliability: I haven't had it that long now, but it has stayed in tune and has held up to my 9 month old playing with it! Overall: I was pleasantly surprised by this little guitar. It surpassed any expectations I had! Playability and Feel: Again, this is the only guitar I've picked up since I got it! Tone: Tone is pretty bright, but the you can definitely hear the bass as well. Finish: Finish is a nice satin. I think it helps that the guitar is not glossy; it keeps it from looking like a toy guitar... Action: Action is almost perfect.
