| The unit, as explained by T.C. Electronics, has an issue with part of the hardware being built out of tolerance. This causes a beeping sound when changing patches or using an expression pedal. The units in stock at stores as of 5/5/2008 are not updated/fixed units. The fix is having the unit repaired, the factory will do this for free but why deal with that? | | Reliability:

| I'm a gear head and full time professional player. I've not been this excited about a single guitar gadget in a long, long time. It may seem expensive at $700, but it is dirt cheap when you add up all the features. Sounds as good as my Lexicon MPX-G2, which was much more expensive. The small footprint is perfect for pros who prefer to carry less, but still have a flexible and comprehensive rig. Design features are what really struck me...get as deep as you want, or keep it as simple as you like, both approaches are a breeze. Incredibly user friendly after only a few minutes. Some of the smartest performance-friendly design tweaks I've ever seen are incorporated. Whisper quiet in bypass, doesn't color the tone. I didn't expect to like, or even use, the overdrive section, but it's actually quite good and I will be using it to free up yet another space on my PedalTrain pedal board. | | Playability and Feel:
