The UAD-1 was designed as a multi-card system allowing up to 4 UAD cards to run on an OSX Mac/Win XP PC, PCI or PCI-X based computer. Your existing plug-in licenses can be used across cards after registering a new card to your my.uaudio.com account and downloading the new plug authorization file.

Quality: This PCIe card has served me well so far and the Neve emulations are spot on. Everything is working very well wth out problems.
Features: I love the Neve emulations, the 1073 and 1081 EQs are amazing and worth the purchase price alone. Also, the product support and customer service at UA is some of the best I have experienced.
Ease of Use: Intallation was a breeze. I use it with Nuendo and have had no problems using the plug-ins within my DAW. Very easy. The manual is very informative and user friendly.
Value: The voucher you get allows you to get the plug-ins that work for you and for me that made it a great value. Also, the extra processing power is a great bonus in itself - not just an overblown dongle like some of suggested.
Appearance: The graphics are amazing, better than most native plug-ins. And I guess as far as PCIe cards go it looks cool.
