A solid Spruce top and solid Ovangkol back and sides give the WD750SW a very vibrant and warm sound. Ovangkol is a wood that has looks and tonal characteristics similar to rosewood.

The neck has a great feel to it. Cratsmanship is good. Good volume and a bright tone.

I love Washburn necks, they have a electric feel to them. I especially love the satin finish on the neck.
