Would you consider this product to be made well? How dependable?
It appears to be well-made. The construction quality easily rivals that of similar bags made by Kaces, Gator, or SKB, and at a lower cost.
Features
What do you consider to be the best features of this product? What features would you add to this product if you could?
Best feature is it is perfect for a small portable multitrack recorder like the Boss BR-800 or the Zoom R8. It could be improved by having extra accessory pockets on the ends and maybe some compartments in the one side pocket it does have to keep batteries and memory cards organized. It could also be improved by adding velcro retaining straps in the main compartment to keep items from shifting.

This is a no-brainer. It's a gig bag for accessories after all.
