The ultra-compact ZT Lunchbox amplifier has changed the way many players think about amps. The Lunchbox has proven that an amp does not need to be big to be loud, or expensive to sound great. That you can actually gig with an amp that weighs less than 10 pounds. Doubters have become believers – The Lunchbox really delivers.

ZT Amplifiers Lunchbox Combo Amplifier Features
  • Ultra-low latency circuit for player responsiveness.
  • Pure analog front-end, with diode overdrive capability.
  • Proprietary dynamic tone shaping.
  • Vintage modeled tone stack.
  • Class A/B output stage with unregulated linear supply.

Packing 200 watts of power, the Lunchbox has enough output for a jam or live gig, and world-class tone that has pros using it in the studio as well as onstage. Unlike any other amp close to its size, it has the muscle to handle any effects you throw in front of it, and the warmth and depth to sound great with single-coil pickups as well as humbuckers.

The Lunchbox is a flexible and adaptable problem-solver in the hands of a musician. The Lunchbox is layered with responsive tone but powerful and seriously fun to play at the same time.

Go ahead, plug in and see for yourself. Then, lift your jaw up off the floor, toss your Lunchbox in a backpack with some cords and pedals, and get out there and play!

Sounds Good but did not last
Quality
Would you consider this product to be made well? How dependable?
The amp performed well for 1 1/2 years of minimum use. I have Peavy Amps that are 20 years old and still work.
Reliability
How has it stood up over time?
No, only for 1 1/2 years.
Overall
Your general opinion of this product.
I really liked this amp and thought it was a great product. It was light weight and had a good sound. However, it only lasted for 1 1/2 years before it quit on me during a performance. I did not use the amp that much and it was never abused. Usually the volume level was around 6 or 7 at the most.

Quality
Would you consider this product to be made well? How dependable?
The construction is solid. I'm sure it could withstand a few tumbles off of a stand.
Reliability
How has it stood up over time?
Only time will tell. So far, so good.
Overall
Your general opinion of this product.
I wanted an amp that could go from bedroom to stage and not break the bank. The lunchbox sits on my nightstand ready to go. I prefer a bluesy/jazz tone and I can usually go from clean to crunch just by changing the gain. The headphone jack allows me to play quietly or use it as a feed to my computer if I want to dump an idea to disk.
Playability and Feel
How does it feel, Heavy, Fast, Chunky? How was the neck? Are the controls easy to get to while playing?
Tone
Bright and snappy? Dark and smooth? Were the pickups hot, mellow, thick, thin?
Finish
How did the stain or paint job look?
Action
How was the action out of the box?
