I find that they wash a wall really well up to about 12 feet and are great for mobile guys to add uplighting without having to buy expensive lights. I have used these at 4 weddings and have been able to create the right color for the event. The only draw back is that it is RGB and it soes not have a white light for certain colors (not complaining). I used them last week as a color wash on the dance floor and that was pretty good too.
