For the price you get a light that can stand on its own. Why pay for two cheaper lights that will only duplicate themselves and loose effect by overkill when this one will do more per cycle.

Was this item an overall good value? I think that it is a bit pricey for what it does. In time you'll likely see the price come down on it like everything else electronic (if you care to wait). It projects well within any defined area regarding its height placement and angle. It produces some pretty attractive patterns. Ease of Use How easy is this product to use? I use this unit in DMX mode along with other intelligent lighting fixtures to enhance stage effects for rock and roll bands. I've found it a bit overkill with its 28 channel selectivity, but with the right controller you can taper it to work with, and compliment, other fixtures to create just the right sequence and combination of lighting effects within a scene. I us it primarily on a bands' playing area, or position it to work on the crowd. Sound How is the tone? Aye? General Your general opinion of this product. Even if you don't plug it in, it is a big and impressive looking box, wether you mount it on a stand, wall, or truss. It would be nice to have a unit similar to this that would allow color mixing, opposed to the independent standard RGB and W (maybe the REVO 5).
