Its a very nice surface effect in low light and looks incredible outside at night on all surfaces especially trees. Outside in complete darkness the effect is very intense even when its shooting over 100ft. Inside the surface effect is easily washed out by dim lights, but with fog the aerial effect is pretty cool. In the right place its the perfect light, but plan on buying two to get a bright even effect. Value Was this item an overall good value? Its a cool light but $700 is a bit on the high side. I like it enough to buy a second, but I feel like it should sell for about half its price.
