Great sound, lower output, made in China
Quality:
It appears to be fairly well made, although the light weight can make it feel a little cheaper. Although the sound is excellent, the output is considerably lower than my Sennheiser HD 280 Pros, and they do not attenuate sound quite as well. These are more comfortable though, and the sound quality is better, with fuller (although not overpowering) bass.
Features:
The sound is, of course, top notch, and these are very comfortable. The replaceable cords (2 are provided) are a nice touch. The auto shutoff is also a nice feature. The auto-adjust headband is also great.
Ease of Use:
Very easy to use. Nice extras. Ear pads were a bit tricky to replace.
Value:
These are priced reasonably, although they are now made in China and do not look exactly like the pictures on websites, or the box, for that matter. The letters on the headband are solid rather than outlined.

Features:
I like the option of using either a coiled cord or a straight cord that they give to you. The automatic volume cutoff is a big plus. They also give you valor pads if you don't want to you the leather pads.
Ease of Use:
Very easy to use.
Value:
The sound quality is very smooth in highs, mids, and lows. It has great stereo imaging for monitoring.
