Zak at AMS took care of me and shipped me out a replacement ASAP. AMS customer service even surpasses that of Amazon which is saying a lot. You can buy with confidence at AMS! For example, the line out jack allows you to send to a mixer or record directly to your PC. Also the CD in has a volume knob. I didn't see any comparable practice amp for the same price with these features. Sound How is the tone? Sound is great and what you would expect from a 15 watt practice amp. It sounds great recorded.
