Quality Would you consider this product to be made well? How dependable? So far so good. you can open the top and use as a flip top. Everything on the cab looks sturdy and well appointed. I'm sure the tolex will tear up if you don't cover it and try too move it around unprotected. Features What do you consider to be the best features of this product? What features would you add to this product if you could? It has the flip top which you can store stuff in, even a bass head. I like the leather handle on top, looks quality made; not a cheap looking strap. The black checkered tolex is very attractive. The speaker can handle 450 watts at 8ohns, that is not shabby. The design is compact, loud and light. Three welcome words to a bass player. Sound How is the tone? This cab sounds great. this is my 3rd Ampeg single 15 cab. The other two both sounded great and I'm sad I ever parted with them. THis is a little different than the other two (SVT 15HE and R200 combo) but it still has just a great warm tone. I played one gig with it and a week ago and got many compliments. It is the size of a small combo amp but put it on an amp stand and this thing can get loud. it loves the volume and the tone only gets better when you push it. Tone Bright and snappy?
