How playable do you consider this product to be? Very easy to use. If you know anything about gain, you don't even need the manual. Sound How is the tone? I bought this to ring out my studio for my LOUD Rock Band to practice so we could hear the vocals (3 SM58s and 1 Headset.) That's exactly what it did.

Not only am I the drummer in my band but the Sound Tech when none is avialable. I use a dbx Drive Rack to quickly setup the Front Of House sound. I had been using two 31 band EQs for our four monitors. As any Sound Tech knows a rooms EQ can change after initial setup due to temperature, humidity, crowd, etc. Playing drums and being responsible for eliminating monitor feedback in the middle of a performance is fast with this EQ. The LEDs on each band make it easy to see the offending frequency and make a quick adjustment. Ease of Use How easy is this product to use? How easy is the product to use with other products? Each slider has an LED that indicates which frequencies are the hottest. On first use had our monitor system setup in a matter of minutes. I replaced one of my 31 band monitor EQs with this one and plan on buying a second to replace the other monitor EQ. Sound How is the tone? Sounds fantastic, very quiet, doesn't introduce any unwanted noise into the signal path. Love the Hi-pass and Lo-pass filters on each channel.
