These are probably the best mic’s I’ve ever used. All the mic’s are AWSOME, The D6 kick mic is nothing short of high quality but it’s Audix, so there you go !!!! Professional all the way

This is a solid package for the mic locker, i actually recently had been using tom mics from the FP series. and processing them a particular way, even mixing samples in with them. I see why live engineers like this DP series as they sound quite good out of the box. I've used AKG and Shure beta clip ons for Toms...of course the Sennheiser 421's are great but bulky to maneuveur...the sound and flexibility of these mics, make them hard to beat, even in studio for a dedicated kit. I use other mics for my overheads, kick and snare, but the price of the kit was worth it, just for the tom mics. I've used AMS for many years now, and as always, fair pricing and fast shipping

I play a five piece pearl drum kit in a cover rock band and these mics work excellent. The bass mic the audix d6 seems to work great for our genre of songs. I’ve watched several videos on mic comparisons and I read the comments and seems like folks really like the audix brand of drum mics.

The mics and the case are amazing! The only beef I have is with the DVice mic clips - not a big fan.
They're rock-solid, they sound great, they're great live or in the studio!
Well, its a microphone - you point it at what you want to hear. Can't get much easier!
Awesome - they erally don't "color" the instrument too much, which is great because you don't have to use a ton of EQ to make your drums sound right.
