I have this mic and a condenser mic. I bought at the same time from American Musical. Try your voice on both. I sometimes rotate between the 2. Quality mic and a great sound.

Among the most well made products I own. I have used my original OM5 in over 600 stage performances in the past 3 years and it has performed flawlessly. It LOOKS pretty scuffed up now, though :)
Extremely durable (unlike the Shure Beta 58 with its plastic capsule.)
Blows away every other mic I have tried.

I've only used it on two gigs, but my first impression is that it's very well-built.
Feels very well-built. I like the way it handles my voice in the mix.
I plugged it in and it worked.

QUALITY:
well made mic, no flaws, lightweight but solid.
FEATURES:
Clarity, clarity, clarity. If you want definition and clarity, this mic shines.The most amazing thing is, this mike rejects feedback like no other.
EASE OF USE:
Yeah, this is easy to use, it makes you sound better immediately.
VALUE:
This mike is so much better than say, anSM58, that it would waste your precious time comparing the two. It has a neo-dim element and more resembles an EV or Sennheiser in smooth articulate sound.
SOUND:
You cannot overdrive this mic if you have a decent PA and know how to use it.This is perfect for loud bands on stage when you need to "eat the mic", but can excel in any venue.
