Quality: This is a really nice product. I'm surprised they can sell it for only $50.
Reliability: I set my 75 lb bass cab on it and it didn't bow, so I tried sitting on the cab (I weigh 200 lbs) and the Gramma could handle it just fine.
Overall: My recording room is sympathetic to A. That means when I played a low A note the whole room would rattle and quake. Problem solved.
Playability and Feel: Don't expect this to cure every problem, the Gramma is only one important part of the solution. Use the Gramma in conjunction with poper room treatment for best results. Don't rely on foam traps, get ones constructed from rigid fiberglass board like the Ready Acoustics Chameleon bass traps or similar for best results.
Tone: Tightened up the bass and decreased the "mud".

Subject:I could live without it.
Quality: The product seems well made. It looks very nice out of the box.
Reliability: I have only had it a few days but it already seems to be bowing underneath my amp. It is rated to hold up to 300 lbs but it is having trouble with my bass amp which is nowhere near 300.
Overall: Overall I am a little disappointed. I really hoped it would help when playing at slighly louder volumes to eliminate some of the room noise (as advertised). It really did nothing to help.
Playability and Feel: ?
Tone: I really did not notice a great difference in tone. I played my rig before I put it on it, then I played it after. A little (I mean little) less room-noise but nothing spectacular. I suppose it is not made specifically for basses but they advertised like it would make a great difference. I could easily do without this product.
Finish: Again, very nice.
Action: Fine.
