Get up Stand up - Stand up for your lights!
Quality:
The quality of this is fine for everything up to a wedding or school dance. This isn't arena issue but if you are looking for a great way to light up a band or party of up to maybe 1500 people, this will do nicely
Features:
One nice feature is the center support for the truss. It is set up to hold some good weight. A friend hung from the center of the truss and at 220 pounds, the rig stood without bending at all.
Ease of Use:
This was a very easy to set up stand. Most stands are but this one has smooth turning knobs and the parts fit will. It's legs move smooth unlike a lot of other ones that have sticking points.
Sound:
If you smack it with a hammer it sounds good I guess..... Great thing to do if the client tries to get out of paying you. :-)
Overall:
I own 2 of these rigs. Both came with minor scratches right out of the box but ever stand I have ever ordered seems to have had that issue. A $1 can of semi gloss paint in your gig bag will fix all the little dings you get and keep you looking clean so no worries there.
Value:
I bought mine while on sale at 104 bucks. That was an outstanding deal. I have seen others for a about that and the others sucked big time. This is probably worth ever penny of - say up to 180 or 200. It works well, is light and is strong.

The stands, t-bars, and the truss in one package. This is exactly what I needed.
If there was an optional package for clamps as well, that would make it even better
Ease of Use:
Very easy to assemble. No instructions necessary, if you have common sense.
Overall:
very pleased, very reliable and lightweight as well

easy to put together, easy to put up as long as you're not overloading the truss with lights and gadgets.
Overall:
i love this product. i have 4 par cans, dual red/green laser, kinta x derby mounted to the truss. planning on adding more effects to the cross bars on the individual stands.

Awesome stand. Well worth the money. Very sturdy and durable. We pile on 80 lbs. of lights and a banner and have never had a problem. I highly recommend it to any band or DJ!!

I love the truss it is very strong and it is not heavy at all, it can hold 250 lbs and it is good for storage use. I dont think I would add any features its a great product

the stand is very easy to set up and to take down, the locking pins can take time to take out but after using it after awhile it fits in very easy, I had no trouble with my stand I love it
Overall:
It is the best stand I could of bought and for a good price, I would recommend this product to a friend

Quality:
This product is made reasonably well out of the box but the test of time remains unknown for me.
Features:
I like the flexability to use the stands seperate from the truss in some lighting setups.
Ease of Use:
Relatively easy to use but I can see room for improvement.
Overall:
I am very satified with the product with the exception of the safety pins used for the truss and stand connections. The pins are sometimes difficult to insert and remove. I will replace mine with a better design which I believe the manufacture should also consider.

Yes for the price definately

goes around 11' high to keep your stuff up and away from most people. The large tri-pod feet hold it steady even if someone does bump it I haven't had one fall yet.
Ease of Use:
This works great1 I use it for weddings and it holds up to the constant abuse!

Light weight yet very strong. I'd like to see another truss section available, but I'm thinking it's a safety issue. However-I did not need the 4' T bars that came with it, so I "moved some parts around" and made another 4' truss section with them- still sturdy at 14' long!!
Ease of Use:
Although the manual was not very helpfull, it really is a snap to assemble
Overall:
Can't beat it for easae of transport and set up. I do one person shows and really needed these factors.

It seems very well made. As I said earlier, it's very durable and stable yet extremely light.
Features:
The best feature is that it comes with T bars AND the truss. That is very nice to get both in one. It is also very sturdy yet VERY light. If I were to add something it would be adding some clamps for lights with the whole package.
Ease of Use:
This product is pretty easy to use. The manual is a little lacking though with not very good directions--it took me some fiddling to figure out how it all went together. :) but I was able to put it up by myself fairly quickly.
Overall:
I am very pleased with this product. I have to say it's the best buy I've ever made in my whole life! Great product for an amazing, "can't beat" price. I highly recommend this for small DJ's and people getting started who need a truss but nothing huge.

Awesome value for lighting stand solutions

The version I received was made by On-Stage stands. They stands are rugged and strong. I have 4 lights and a controller mounted on each stand, and they take the weight no problem.
Features:
FLEXIBILITY. I use the stands for PAR-56 cans, which they handle with no problem. You can use one or both lights with or without the T-bars; with or without the truss.
Ease of Use:
The instructions were not written in a very logical or understandable manner, but after getting the contents of the box out onto the floor, it was pretty easy to assemble without the instructions.
Overall:
Best value hands down for a pair of stands on the net...even better than anything I could find on e-bay!
Value:
Excellent value for a pair of stands alone. Getting the truss to go with them is even better!

Inexpensive, yet useful lighting truss
Quality:
This product is made with aluminum, but is very sturdy and dependable. I have placed over 200 pounds of lights on it and it still handled the weight.
Features:
The feature that lets you make it just a 5 ft truss is very useful for smaller occasions, but the feature which lets you make it a 15 or even 20 ft truss is even better. All you do is buy more I Beams. A feature i would add is a crank to just crank it up instead of having to lift it up and i would also drill holes in between the connection points of the I Beam so that you can just bolt lights on instead of using a clamp. Other than that, its perfect.
Ease of Use:
Even without a manual this truss can be assembled very easily, I would definitely have to say this is very easy to use.
Sound:
Sounds like a great deal!
Overall:
This is a must buy product if your looking in to using a light truss. Cheap yet dependable, and you get your moneys worth.
Value:
Best, possible for the price.
