Would you consider this product to be made well? How dependable?
So far, good. Haven't had it that long, 2 weeks. Seems strong and reliable.
Reliability
How has it stood up over time?
Neck and body holds up well, so far.
General
Your general opinion of this product.
Great for $300. Will replace the pickup, though.
Playability and Feel
How does it feel, Heavy, Fast, Chunky? How was the neck? Are the controls easy to get to while playing?
Very comfortable guitar. Fast neck, Floyd Rose seems strong for import. I find nothing wrong with this guitar except the pickup.
Tone
Bright and snappy? Dark and smooth? Were the pickups hot, mellow, thick, thin?
Cheap pickup. Bassy, deffently not a Super Distortion.
Finish
How did the stain or paint job look?
I got the metallic orange. Different but paint job very good.
Action
How was the action out of the box?
Neck need adjustment, trem adjusted twice. Now it shreds! This is a great guitar for its price! Will get another one!

Seems well made. Cannot find any flaws after inspection.
Reliability
How has it stood up over time?
Have only had the guitar for a few months.
General
Your general opinion of this product.
Considering its place of manufacture, not too bad.
Playability and Feel
How does it feel, Heavy, Fast, Chunky? How was the neck? Are the controls easy to get to while playing?
Old style beefy body. Neck is somewhat fat but easily playable for me. Controls are easy axcess - nothing out of the ordinary.
Tone
Bright and snappy? Dark and smooth? Were the pickups hot, mellow, thick, thin?
Tone is nice when adding distortion, not too bright - just about right.
Finish
How did the stain or paint job look?
Paint job is flawless.
Action
How was the action out of the box?
Action did not need reworking. Set up nice for my playing style.

Best $300 guitar you can buy!

Would you consider this product to be made well? How dependable?
I've never owned anything less than a Fender, Epiphone or Gibson. I bought this as a retro fixer-upper, but it's made much better. No problems after 2 weeks.
Reliability
How has it stood up over time?
Again, only owned it 2 weeks but it's been reliable after finally changing strings and setting up.
General
Your general opinion of this product.
Excellent rendition of an 80's hair-band axe. Pickup doesn't need to be changed out immediately and set-up was pretty close out of the box.
Playability and Feel
How does it feel, Heavy, Fast, Chunky? How was the neck? Are the controls easy to get to while playing?
Guitar is light, plays easy and fast (I'm not a shredder, more like a Gilmour) Only one knob, easily accessible if you adjust the tremolo bar.
Tone
Bright and snappy? Dark and smooth? Were the pickups hot, mellow, thick, thin?
Pickup was very responsive wide open, yet rolled back fairly well for easy rhythms. If you're a purist, swap for a Dimarzio Crunch Lab and you're still way under budget.
Finish
How did the stain or paint job look?
Perfect.
Action
How was the action out of the box?
MOST important note on this guitar. Google FU-Tone for their products on Floyd Rose and similar tremolos. Setup on this guitar out of the box is: 1: change strings. 2: while changing strings, rest guitar on your lap and ensure the trem sits parallel with the top of your guitar (not at the same level, just parallel). Make sure the trem is resting in the stud grooves. Using the 2 springs on the claw in the rear cavity, make small adjustments until trem is parallel with body. Now, buy either the brass or simple steel trem stoppers from FU-Tone and mount as directed. This will hold the tremolo in place for restringing and lock it in place for dive only action. You can restore pull-up function to the trem, but I find most don't need it.

Quality
Would you consider this product to be made well? How dependable?
Very solid, great hardware, very good pickup, light wood (no anchor weight body).
Reliability
How has it stood up over time?
Just bought it, but I'm sure it will last as long as any other guitar.
General
Your general opinion of this product.
At $300 it's better than most $800 guitars were 10 years ago. Great back up axe.
Playability and Feel
How does it feel, Heavy, Fast, Chunky? How was the neck? Are the controls easy to get to while playing?
Wide, flat neck as any other shredder guitar. No surprises, which is good. I got exactly what I had expected.
Tone
Bright and snappy? Dark and smooth? Were the pickups hot, mellow, thick, thin?
Again, this is no tone monster, but these guitars were meant to be played at high gain, so a 50 year old Strat would sound much the same.
Finish
How did the stain or paint job look?
Paint is fine if you can stomach the colors.
Action
How was the action out of the box?
Actually it was right on. Didn't need to tweak anything.

Would you consider this product to be made well? How dependable?
I was a little turned off that the guitar was made in China,as opposed to the earlier Korean models, but it seems to play just fine. The neck feels identical.
Time will tell on the dependability.Guitar did need a full setup upon delivery, not suprised.
Reliability
How has it stood up over time?
At a month old,and 2 hours playing time per day,it stays in tune and is holding up just fine!Lots of dive bombs!
General
Your general opinion of this product.
I've wanted a single pickup/whammy guitar for a while now.I wanted the tone, looks, and feel of an 80's guitar,(Think-Skid Row,Dokken, others)without the high price of a San-dimas guitar from that era.
This guitar delivers just that !
Playability and Feel
How does it feel, Heavy, Fast, Chunky? How was the neck? Are the controls easy to get to while playing?
The neck is the fastest neck I've played on.It doesn't get any simpler than a great neck and one single knob!
Tone
Bright and snappy? Dark and smooth? Were the pickups hot, mellow, thick, thin?
I will probably upgrade the pickup down the road, after the new-ness fades. It's hard to grade the pickup when you're useing a top-end Marshall tube amp!
Finish
How did the stain or paint job look?
The neck and headstock finish is flawless! The green body looks great although a little thin in some areas.
Action
How was the action out of the box?
Action out of the box was low.First and second frets were buzzing.Tried to adjust tremelo, but ended up with a truss rod adjustment.Typical.Now all is good!

THE MOST AWESOME GUITAR FOR $299
By: Daemon Blak from Atlanta, GA, USA

Quality
Would you consider this product to be made well? How dependable?
The fit and finish is fantastic on this guitar. No one else is building and selling a shred guitar with a Rock maple neck that has a 16" Fretboard radius. The only guitars that come close are Jackson and ESP and they cost more for Maple neck equipped guitars.
Reliability
How has it stood up over time?
Only had it a couple weeks but so far, it is very reliable.
General
Your general opinion of this product.
This is the most quality guitar I've ever bought in the $299 to $399 price range.
Playability and Feel
How does it feel, Heavy, Fast, Chunky? How was the neck? Are the controls easy to get to while playing?
The playability and feel of this guitar is second to none. Only Jackson and ESP compare and they cost more.
Tone
Bright and snappy? Dark and smooth? Were the pickups hot, mellow, thick, thin?
The tone is absolutely perfect. Won't be swapping out the pickup
Finish
How did the stain or paint job look?
The lime green finish is beautiful and high quality.
Action
How was the action out of the box?
The action was the lowest of any guitar I've ever had. Comfortable and extremely playable.
