Well the casing for this tuner is made of plastic, which is a major turnoff for me but once again , for the money, it can't be beat! Reliability How has it stood up over time? I work as a studio session bassist, and noisy equipment is completely out of the question for me. My antique Korg rack tuner finally dies on my, and I need a tuner for a good price in a hurry. This tuner was cheap, so I bought it. Initially, I did not have this tuner in the effects loop chain of my rack because of Behringer noise. After being happy with it as a tuner, in and of itself, I decided to include it in the signal chain. Shocked, there was no noise coming from this unit. Studio rack was still quiet. :-) I really like this inexpensive new member of my rack. Playability and Feel How does it feel, Heavy, Fast, Chunky? How was the neck? I do agree to a point with some of the other reviews i've read about this tuner:the lower note strings (low E and A) do take longer for the tuner to read.
