| This is my second Behringer bass head, I purchased the BX3000 3 years ago with never a problem and served me well. Just sold that to my friend for $150 and sounds great with his cab. I upgraded to the BX4500 hooked this up to my new Hartke Pro 4200 with 4 10 inch aluminum drivers WOW the sound rivals any Ampeg setup Ive heard for a fraction of the cost. |

| Easy to use controls and I love the old school input meter in the front. The only thing I don't like is that since it comes already in a case it I can't just take it and mount it in a standard 19" rack with other gear. They need to have an optional rack kit available. |

| Right out of the box it looked like it was put together very well. I had it for about 1.5 year and has performed trouble free. It has a bit of a hiz at a higher volume but can be adjusted some with the different controls. |

| The DI works very nice. I have been mic at several venues and I stll run the bass speaker cap as a monitor and it takes it ike a champ. Control the gain level when you do that and it will work as advertise. Love the two inputs (1 passive, 1 active). |

| I have run thru it an Ibanez SB electric, an electric upright, and a double bass and all performed well.
Again, a bit of a hizz at higher volume. Controlable some with the controls on it and/or an external preamp. |

| A slight on the heavy side but super easy to carry it as they place the handle in the right place. |
