Subject:	This is a really affordable item and worth more than cost!
Quality:	Very much so!
Features:	XLR in and out, dual independent -20 TO -40 padding, ground lift
Ease of Use:	very user friendly
Sound:	I havnt noticed a real difference compared to some more hi end DIs
Value:	YES and I own a professional sound reinforcement co. I've compared it to more expensive DIs and I would but more of these! I never had one stop working or fail!

Subject:	only if you need to save money
Quality:	not worth it unless you can not afford anything better .... don't plan on it lasting for long. I've been working at a church where we've thrown out 2 of the three we had because they've died inside of 3 years.
Features:	features are great two 20db pad switches, 1/4 inch and XLR inputs, battery or phantom powered
Ease of Use:	easy to use
Sound:	sound like poo. there is an audible hiss and most any volume level.
