This in Behringer P1 Personal In Ear Monitor is perfect for me. As a solo musician this is just what I've been looking for. Kudos to AMS tech., Enrique, for his knowledge, explanations and patience while helping find the right solution for me. Great and consistent tech. support, price and fast shipping is why I have trusted AMS for all of my music purchases for 20 years....

I got this to do quiet practice with a full band. Controlled by our singers Mackie. The wives might prefer we amp up! Mount on stand,plug in xlr's, headphones, enjoy! Behringer makes great stuff. Gonna get wireless cans for the gig. Should be excellent. :)

I’ve used this on huge outdoor festival stages and it sounds better and clearer than the other guys’ wedge mixes. I’ve used in a church setting. I’ve even used it on a duo gig where the speakers were in the ceilings and the tiny monitor they had on stage had been blown out by a previous act. Do yourself a favour and get this thing! I was never a fan of in-ears. But after this, I’m a convert! I don’t wear out my voice after six nights of working trying to hear myself over loud people at the bar and a drummer! I use it with the single-driver Westone ear buds and it’s beautiful.

We bought 2
One for the drummer and keyboard player. Totally helped control our on stage volume since they both like to run their mix hot. Also less stress on our backs, not having to Cary more powered monitors

Much better build quality than I expected. The chasis is all metal and the buttons feel very solid when depressed. It was bigger than I thought it was which can be a little awkward at first if clipped to a guitar strap but I quickly got used to it and forgot it was there. Sound level..it can get as loud as you want it! The sound quality is on par with other amps Ive listened to. That being said, my purpose was to get rid of my floor wedge and hear my mix better. With the P1 Im hearing all of me and everyone else nicely. Im running the battery and so far no problems, just have to remember to cut it off when I put my guitar down.

I use this headphone amp for my iem phones. I am very happy with it overall...
The good: clear sound, can be connected to a mic stand, battery or DC powered, XLR inputs, pan control, stereo/ mono selectable.
The bad: as other reviewers have said, the battery compartment is a little tight and the battery cover does not stay on well. The on/off switch is a button which can easily be depressed by accident- would have preferred a switch.
Overall, I really like this little unit and other than the cons noted above, I can only think of one more improvement- 1 more channel input as well as the stereo inputs would come in handy.
