It could be better but then it would cost more.
Reliability
How has it stood up over time?
It's not a flight case so after three years and too many bad falls I'm buying another one.
Overall
Your general opinion of this product.
I've checked out more expensive units and heard of issues that I haven't found with this. So I am buying another one. I think it is the best deal out there without spending a lot more money. And even then...

Does what it is supposed to do.

Minor noise issues. The same as more expensive models.

If you pay attention to the ruber feet on the bottom, you'll have no problem setting it up... just be careful I was not paying attention once and opened it bottom first once haha was a mess. It would also be nice if there was an angle to the board but that can be remedied with a little ingenuity.

I've had this for over a year and it's been knocked around quite a bit and it's still in great condition.

As long as you take care of it, it seems it will last forever. However, be cautious with the power connector. since it enters vertically rather than at a 45 degree angle, if you have little kids running around, they may trip and damage it - like mine did. However, if you have any pedals on the board that have a power option (like the boss tuner or noise supressor) you can simply plug into onne of those and everything still has power. since the power/output board can be replaced with quick removal of a few screws, it's actually a remediable situation
Overall
Your general opinion of this product.
This is a great board especially if you use Behringer or Boss pedals for most of your kit.

It protects the pedals and allows quick setup can teardown. It's awesome. I got it when it was $99 so they apparently realized they had a winner too!

MXR, Red Witch and Morley Users Take Note

Would you consider this product to be made well? How dependable?
As others have said, the latches will break with any kind of abuse. But most of these units will be going to bedroom players, so that issue is largely moot.
Reliability
How has it stood up over time?
Just got it, so that still has to be determined. I am encouraged on that front, though, by the other reviews.
Overall
Your general opinion of this product.
The vast majority of pedals will have no trouble fitting snugly (if not exactly tightly), Boss, Keeley, TC Electronic, Dunlop, Fulltone and Modtone especially. However, almost none of the MXR and Red Witch stomp boxes, the Satriani Satchurator and etc, and Pigtronix will. Moreover, Because Morley Wah pedals have such a big footprint, they will eat up four of those slots after you remove that part of the foam liner. Still, given the price compared to even just a power brick, this is an excellent deal. The instructions aren't too hot, which may cause some consternation among beginners. Anyway, I will be getting out the velcro and dumping the foam liner.

Good. The board has a large footprint itself, but then again, it does hold up to a dozen pedals.

Bought this case around the time that I purchased 3 Behringer effects pedals in the end I decided to remove everything but the power supply from it and now use it to store my multi effects unit in.
Its heavy duty this is for sure I puchsed my from an online retailer and got a steal in the price department it will hold 12 pedals and will also power other name brand pedals through the included daisy chain power supply, you get an ample number of patch cords in the package which is another plus I've owned this board for over a year now and some times will power up my Behringer pedals with it so as to have my multi effects pedal board and single Behringer effect going at the same time and have had no trouble out of it.

I picked this board up over a year ago. the price was about $30 less than it is now, but still a great deal. i was looking for a pedalboard this size and this was the cheapest by far. i didnt use the cables and powersupply that came with it.

OK like flight cases for travel but this has held up nicely,it's to cary pedals.box protects on stage i use a matel and carpet 24" x 18" floorboard, built it with 1" plywood mdf bottom with carpet on top glued down then metal edging just like cabs have all around w/ incline step under, but like it almost flat.

for price and size great i currently run 8 boss pedals,1 ibanez 808 tube screamer and planet waves strobe tuner pedal which usually stays right by my marshall not in box, great deal but, after purchase go to local guitar store and by however many u need, patch cables, even hosa makes a better patch cable than the thin ones they put in hear but i like mus. gear tweed, prefer mogami's but after purchase of 5th pedal was two exp. 22.95 per patch cable .5 or 1/2' look in back page of guitar world every month i do and always an illustration of how big time giggers run there effects interesting how all seem to go a certain way on their own

Would you consider this product to be made well? How dependable?
Obviously it's made out of plastic, and not as tough as a flight case, but it's made of a very tough plastic and I'd definitely consider it to be roadworthy. The only thing I don't like about this unit is the power supply cable is flimsy, it's basically a thin wire with an AC adaptor. Would be much better if it were a heavier duty removable AC with a 3-prong plug
Reliability
How has it stood up over time?
I've only had it for a month now, but through being put through several gigs, a couple trips to the studio, and several practices, I'm confident that it will hold up well.

Your general opinion of this product.
This is the best deal for the money. Built tough and roadworthy, I have already recommended this to several people. I'm very please with this pedalboard and would definitely buy it again
Playability and Feel
How does it feel, Heavy, Fast, Chunky? How was the neck? Are the controls easy to get to while playing?
The height of the unit and pedal spacing is good. The only problem I had was getting used to the outer rim where it is raised around the edges, but it's no biggie. Just took a couple of practices to get used to because I had previously used a flat pedalboard
Tone
Bright and snappy? Dark and smooth? Were the pickups hot, mellow, thick, thin?
It's good overall, the cables included are the cheapies and have some hum in them... spend about $45 on some good ones and bingo! instant 200% improvement.

The case itself is well made. The power supply seems to be pretty solid. The wires that come with it are of average quality.
Reliability
How has it stood up over time?
Acquired over 90 days ago. So far so good. Plastic case is holding up well. Latches seem like the part that will fail over time.
Overall
Your general opinion of this product.
This is a useful pedalboard with specific limitations. If you have different sized pedals then you will have to make alterations to the mounting foam or remove some of it altogether. The power supply is 9v so you need to look for another solution if you have different voltages.
Playability and Feel
How does it feel, Heavy, Fast, Chunky? How was the neck? Are the controls easy to get to while playing?
It feels like a plastic pedalboard case. That said, it's not too big or awkward to carry.
Tone
Bright and snappy? Dark and smooth? Were the pickups hot, mellow, thick, thin?
The power supply seems quiet and introduces little to no hum/noise.
Finish

Hard shell case is tough and scuff resistant.
Action
How was the action out of the box?
Out of the box, this product is (not surprisingly) designed specifically for Behringer and similarly sized pedals. My Hardwires were too big and require modification of the mounting foam for proper fit.
