Quality Would you consider this product to be made well? How dependable? Nothing cheap or flimsy here. as heavy duty as any amp I've ever used. A quality piece of equipment. Reliability How has it stood up over time? I haven't had this amp very long but so far it's been a rock ( and roll ). General Your general opinion of this product. The quality of this amp is unbelievable. For the price, I wasn't sure what I was going to end up with. I was pleasantly surprised. A first rate piece of musical equipment that performs exactly as advertised. Playability and Feel How does it feel, Heavy, Fast, Chunky? How was the neck? Are the controls easy to get to while playing? Tone Bright and snappy? Dark and smooth? Were the pickups hot, mellow, thick, thin? Finish How did the stain or paint job look? Action How was the action out of the box?

Quality Would you consider this product to be made well? How dependable? Real good cabinet. Knobs are a bit flimsy when turned and only because the knob shafts (plastic) go directly to pots. Perhaps a money saving design? But, I think the knobs will last a long time. There's nothing else cheap about this head other than the price and that is because Behringer sells lots of their products world wide which keeps costs down. Reliability How has it stood up over time? Seems very well built. I peeked inside and all the components nicely secure and wires glued on chassis. General Your general opinion of this product. Great deal for the money. Very well made. Not bad looking. Playability and Feel How does it feel, Heavy, Fast, Chunky? How was the neck? Are the controls easy to get to while playing? Tone Bright and snappy? Dark and smooth? Were the pickups hot, mellow, thick, thin? Amp has the power it claims. I tested mine through a Carvin 1 x 12 cab (excellent cab). The clean channel has a nice clear punch. The distortions (both) have great authentic tube tones. Great saturations and sustain and when the 2nd overdrive get maxed, you even get tube like noise and overtones. The amp has great crunch and any volume and with the contour and tones controls - you can get any distortion sound out of this amp. The effects are very good and I like the seperate reverb. The 2 button footswitch (included) is metal and a step up from the old cheap plastic ones they used to use. Behringer really got it right with this head. In fact, if this head was made by some of the 'name' amp manufacturers, it would cost two to threes times as much. I took the Behringer name plate of mine because I what folks to judge the sound and not preconceived notions that Behringer can't make a decent head. I have lots of Behringer processors in my studio which always work and sound great. Finish How did the stain or paint job look? Action How was the action out of the box? Perfect!

Quality Would you consider this product to be made well? How dependable? TOP NOTCH,Best Guitar Gear I HAVE EVER OWNED! Reliability How has it stood up over time? The NUMEROUS Behringer Products I own, have NEVER Given me ONE ISSUE that I had to give attention and BIG BUCKS to a repair Tech! BUILT Like an M-1 ABRHAMS TANK,JUST AS RELIABLE,ZERO ISSUES with ANYTHING BEHRINGER I OWN! General Your general opinion of this product. TUBE FANS PLEASE READ THIS,...I was always a TUBE SNOB,If it wasn't tube,I Was NOT going to have ANY PART OF IT,...UNTIL,one day ,thumbing through an AMS Catalog,I saw a BEHRINGER 100 watt VAMPIRE Amp Head, for the Cost of a PEDAL,...After reading the reviews, the description, and all the "CLAIMS" Made about it,I thought,Ah,What the Hell,If I Don't like it,I'll just send it back. 2 days later it came,HEAVY as My JCM 800,and BUILT LIKE A TANK,..after plugging in,I FINALLY FOUND MY HOLY GRAIL,,From an AMP that cost me $199,and after YEARS and THOUSANDS of $ in Amps TUBE AMPS of Course, lol,I dialed in the ENGL SAVAGE BEAST Model,Tweaked my FX,and I WAS IN LOVE,TOTALLY! I was kind of ashamed to admit my Amp of Choice was a DIGITAL MODELING/Multi-FX AMP,...BUT,Truth Be Told,I ended up SELLING MY JCM 800,Buying ANOTHER VAMPIRE HEAD,And a BEHRINGER $x12 with Jensen Speakers, again,BUILT LIKE A TANK,And,DAMN NEAR AS HEAVY,..TONE WAS UNBELIEVEABLE. I Am No LONGER A "TUBE SNOB" :) Playability and Feel How does it feel, Heavy, Fast, Chunky? How was the neck? Are the controls easy to get to while playing? N/A Tone Bright and snappy? Dark and smooth? Were the pickups hot, mellow, thick, thin? AWESOME-PLAIN AND SIMPLE!! Finish How did the stain or paint job look? BEAUTIFUL TOLEX Action How was the action out of the box? N/A
