I have owned one for years. I plug it in once in awhile to remind myself how much it sucks. This pedal has been sold for $39.00 for ever. It wasn't worth it then. It's not worth the higher price now. I got this pedal because I play electric guitar with a band, its a pretty good pedal you just have to know what kind of sound you want but overall for the price its worth it. Bulletproof. I paid $99 for it in 1979 which was a lot more than $99 today. Felt it was a bargain back then. Its good for beginners but if you demand more fullness or range from this pedal, you may want to look else where unless you are willing to do modifcations to the board yourself(which are avaiable online).
