For the price I'm quite impressed. So far it's been a great additional to my sound.
Features
What do you consider to be the best features of this product? What features would you add to this product if you could?
Love the effects of this unit, and the fact I don't have to use amp and cabinet simulations. I like the tone of my rig and just want the effects. Only one I could find with that option within this price range. I haven't has the unit long enough to make any recommendations of added features.

How does it feel, Heavy, Fast, Chunky? How was the neck? Are the controls easy to get to while playing?

I have had this unit for 2 years. I have dragged it all over and it has always worked. It has some scratches now but still in good shape. Very sold unit.

WOW. I don’t know where to start here. It has a lot of great Features. The Compressor is nice with several setting you can dial in some nice sustain. The EQ is nice with a mid frequency sweep.
There are 3 sections that you can use to set your Tone, Drive and Delay/modulation
In the tone section I like to use the Enhancer it makes the bass sound full and punchy.
I do not use the Drive area to much but it is a area fun to play around with when you practice.
Delay section I use the Chorus/delay to help the bass fill the room.
There are just too many to talk about. I can spend hours messing around with all the Features.

It is what you make it. I can get some great slap sounds out of it or some nice 50's fender bass tone.

It looks good.

The unit has a bunch of preset that can get you up and running right out of the box. Some are a lot of fun to play with.

Its versatility. It allows you to experiment with a broad range of effects in a compact space and for a reasonable price.
Sound
How is its Tone?
The sound is great, not the same as you would get with a high end set of individual pedals, but great for a bank.
Playability and Feel
How does it feel, Heavy, Fast, Chunky? How was the neck? Are the controls easy to get to while playing?
The pedal does not have great feel. It it sometimes requires you to put your foot in the "right place" and controlling the wah with it is difficult.

Finish
How did the stain or paint job look?
The paint looked great out of the box, but became scuffed easily after a few gigs.
Action

It worked perfectly.

Ease of setting up your personal tone has to be the best feature. The only downfall is that it DOES NOT come with the power adapter.

This thing is easy to set up & get any sound you could ever want. 5 minutes is all it took to lock in all my sounds ranging from the 60's & 70's to country to R&B. Having independent pedal features as well as preset sounds makes setting up your personal tone effortless.
