Quality Would you consider this product to be made well? How dependable? Sturdy metal housing and bright LED's for visibility in dark areas. Reliability How has it stood up over time? I just bought this so can't comment however the TU-2 I owned was 100% reliable with no issues. I would expect the same reliability and performance from the TU-3. Overall Your general opinion of this product. This is a great product and a nice update to the TU-2 Playability and Feel How does it feel, Heavy, Fast, Chunky? How was the neck? Are the controls easy to get to while playing? N/A Tone Bright and snappy? Dark and smooth? Were the pickups hot, mellow, thick, thin? N/A Finish How did the stain or paint job look? Brand new, no scratches of any sort. Action How was the action out of the box? Ready to go. I would think "action" would be reference to a guitar but the tuner was plug and play.

Quality Would you consider this product to be made well? How dependable? It's Boss....built like a tank! Reliability How has it stood up over time? I've used Boss pedals for years. They have always held up great. I expect the same from this one also. Overall Your general opinion of this product. I've used a number of tuners over the years. By far, this is the best one out there from home to the stage. I thought the Boss TU-2 was a very good tuner. This one is much better. It tracks much quicker then the TU-2. Being able to make the display brighter is awesome. When playing an outdoor gig, you can see it with ease. The LED's are great! Playability and Feel How does it feel, Heavy, Fast, Chunky? Boss pedals fail about as often as Hailey's Comet comes around. I do not even think about it more than to complete this review. Overall Your general opinion of this product. The TU-3 is a solid improvement over its older sibling, which I was not a huge fan of. The TU-3 is more accurate, tracks faster and has more features. I had just about decided to pay up and go with a rack tuner before this version hit the streets. This one will do just fine! Playability and Feel How does it feel, Heavy, Fast, Chunky? How was the neck? Are the controls easy to get to while playing? Playability? I play with it by stomping on it. Feel? Feels like a pedal under my foot. That's about it. Tone Bright and snappy? Dark and smooth? Were the pickups hot, mellow, thick, thin? There is no tone or tone suck from this pedal that I can detect.... A very good thing. Finish How did the stain or paint job look? Well, it won't win any beauty contests or boutique pedal mod awards but it isn't ugly either. Action How was the action out of the box? You push the pedal and it's on - it works, or it's off.
