Quality:
It's made of plastic but unless you plan on tossing it around, this should not be an issue.
Reliability:
I cannot say as I've only had it for about a week.
Overall:
Overall I'd recommend this product... BOSS speaks for itself but beyond that - a tuner, metronome, clean headphone amp tat allows pedal use, AND a mix in jack for jamming... top notch. The only thing missing is a backlight for the LCD but why would you be using this in the dark anyhow? On stage I'd use a stomp box tuner.
Playability and Feel:
It's plastic... but the tuner, headphone amp, and metronome are all excellent in my opinion.
Tone:
It's a clean headphone amp and sounds good with my stomp boxes and guitar... Ibanez RG350DXWH and a Boss NS-2 Noise Supressor, BD-2 Blues Driver, MT-2 Metal Zone, GE-7 Graphic Equalizer, PH-3 Phase Shifter, CE-5 Chorus Ensamble - all through a Behringer PB-1000 Pedal Board.
Finish:
It's plastic as mentioned... I got the black one. My 6 year old daughter spied it immediately and asked what it was and when I told her she said "coool". Nuff said :)
