Would you consider this product to be made well? How dependable?
It feels really solid, though I noticed a couple of little nicks & gaps in the binding. It doesn't affect playability, but I'm not sure if this will be the guitar that I pass down to my grandkids, if you know what I mean.

I've had it week. Seems reliable to me, stays in tune pretty well.

This guitar sounds great amplified or unplugged. Its looks are understated and classy. Just a good, good guitar.
Playability and Feel
How does it feel, Heavy, Fast, Chunky? How was the neck? Are the controls easy to get to while playing?
The neck is surprisingly fast. It's narrow, kind of like a strat neck, but it has a satin finish on the back. It is smooth, smooth, smooth.
Tone
Bright and snappy? Dark and smooth? Were the pickups hot, mellow, thick, thin?
It sounds amazing unplugged. A very warm, mellow tone - exactly what I was looking for. Plugged in, it has a wide range of tones. The EQ and preamp are very strong. A little goes a long way.
Finish
How did the stain or paint job look?
Nice. Classy. There's not much to it, but it looks good.
Action
How was the action out of the box?
It was playable and close to being in tune right out of the box. The action felt just a tad too high, but I like the tone and sustain (and lack of buzz), so I unlikely to lower it.
