It's brand new, so I'm not 100% sure. All I can say is that everything worked perfectly first rattle out of the box.

Ease of use and ability to practice quietly with outstanding sound are the best features. If there is something comparable out there, I have never seen it.
Ease of Use:
I just received this Jamhub Green Room yesterday. I set it up by myself for a 5 piece band in about 45 minutes using only the quick start guide from the package. The whole unit is completely intuitive (coming from a 61 year old guy who has trouble running a cell phone). All effect pedals and preamps we used were completely compatible.
Value:
Considering everything the unit can do, it is dirt cheap.

It's pretty basic. Love the remote, love the effects. These guys really thought this through.

It's super simple. Just plug in and rock. Oh, but read the jamhub website and use a stereo cable. That's the only tricky part

It has no tone. It's clear.

So far so good. Seems to be built really good.
Overall:
Love it. Can't live without it now and we've only had it a few weeks. We are playing more, getting better and having more fun. Not one single volume complaint from a band member or anyone outside the band. How's that for awesome ... right?!?
